Zorvo follows a necessity-based approach. We only handle information that is reasonably required to operate the app, protect accounts, and comply with applicable laws.

When you register for or use Zorvo, we may collect your mobile phone number for purposes such as:

• delivery of core app functions

Your phone number is used for service-related purposes only, unless otherwise required by law.

1.2 Device and Security Information

To keep Zorvo functioning properly and to protect user accounts, we may process limited technical information, including:

• app logs and diagnostic data related to performance or security

This information is used for security checks, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service stability.

1.3 SMS Information (With Your Permission)

If you choose to grant SMS access, Zorvo may identify messages on your device that appear relevant to loan management, such as messages containing:

• repayment reminders
• due dates
• outstanding balances

The purpose of this feature is to automatically generate loan records or repayment records based on identified loan-related SMS, making it easier for you to manage outstanding obligations.

1.4 Camera Permission

Zorvo may request camera access when you choose to take or update a profile photo.

The camera is activated only when you start the action yourself and is not accessed continuously in the background.

1.5 Approximate Location

Zorvo may request access to your approximate location in order to determine whether our services are available in your region.

We do not continuously track your precise location and do not use background location collection for this purpose.

• identify and organize repayment-related details
• automatically generate loan records or repayment records from SMS content
• protect accounts, users, and the service environment
• improve app reliability and user experience

3. Additional Note on SMS-Based Features

The SMS-based automatic record generation feature is optional and is not required to use Zorvo.

You may choose to:

• use Zorvo without SMS access and manage records manually, or
• enable SMS access so the app can identify relevant loan-related messages and automatically generate corresponding records

For SMS messages that have been authorized for processing, Zorvo may directly generate loan records or repayment records based on identified information, so that loan management can be more efficient.

4. Storage and Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Where necessary for account and service functions, certain account and service data may be securely transmitted and stored in protected server environments (zorvopro.com). For SMS-based features, the core message analysis is designed to occur mainly on the user’s device.

5. When Information May Be Shared

Zorvo does not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only when necessary in circumstances such as:

• to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, or lawful process
• to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the platform, or the public

Where service providers are involved, we require appropriate confidentiality and data protection measures within a reasonable scope.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and available product functionality, you may be able to:

• access or update your account information
• manage permissions such as SMS, camera, and location through device settings
• disable optional permissions while continuing to use other supported features
• request account deletion and removal of related data through App - Profile - Delete Account
• contact us regarding privacy-related concerns

If you disable certain permissions, related features may no longer work, but other features that do not rely on those permissions may continue to be available.

7. Retention of Information

We retain information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When information is no longer necessary, we will delete it or de-identify it within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally required.

8. Children’s Privacy

Zorvo is intended for adult users. If you are under 18 years old, please do not use the app or provide personal information without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
